"accepting a change when it comes and adapting to it can be difficult," admits one longtime elder.
what has helped him accept the many refinements he has witnessed in the 48 years that he has been a kingdom proclaimer?

in the old testament god revealed himself to his chosen people, the israelites as i am:.
ex 3:14-15 - god replied to moses, i am who i am.

Good day, Kristopher...Here is the I Tim 3:16 is other versions..
NIV "He appeared in a body, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations."
NWT "He was made manifest in flesh, was declared righteous in spirit, appeared to angels, was preached about among nations.."
KJV "God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory."
The Emphatic Diaglott (Vatican Manuscript)
"Who was manifested in flesh, was justified in spirit, was seen by messenger, was prclaimed among natin, was believed among a world, was taken up in glory"
Kris, seems to be a mistranslation of the KJ's bible...The 'he' appears to be Jesus, instead of God, to me... Star

if it were not for all of the very hard work that simon does behind the scenes to keep this forum up, much of the other work others are doing could never have happened.. this site serves as an excellent central location for us all to communicate and exchange thoughts and ideas about how to expose the evil ways of the wts.. simon, thank you very much!
Thanks, Simon. When we leave the borg, we are desperate. This has helped a lot.

Kristopher...
John 10:33: For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.It was clear to the Jews that Jesus was claiming he was God. Is Jesus a liar?
If you to John 10:36 it says.. "do you say to me whom the Father sanctified and dispatched into the world, "You blaspheme," because I said, I am God's Son? If I am not doing the works of my Father, do not believe me." So all Jesus was saying was that he was God's son, not God.. and they were then assuming he was making himself God. Remember they also said he was a drunkard, glutton, and demonised...
the bible says that the jews were god's chosen people.
yes, but does that mean that all other people were nothing to him, unless they were associated with the nation of isreal?
a thought: what if god just chose the nation of isreal for the purpose of bringing the messiah to earth and was still with the good people in all the other religions?
James Thomas...But I like my holy book......
Whatever or whoever it is that is considered Divine or Deity etc...Is it One or are there Many or a few? (plural)
Hey Meagie, I would say it's one God with enough love to let us express our relationship with what ever name we are comfortable with and the way which seems the best to us.. Like if we have a child, would we order the child what flowers to pick out for us? No..we would just be very glad that they were getting us flowers...I'm pretty sure now, it would be the same with God...

Thanks for the posts guys... James T. You said:
Great problems arise when we unquestionably attribute the infinite expression of life and universe to a tiny tribal god who exists only within the confusing concepts and confines of some peoples minds
Do you really think the God of all the jews, christians and even muslims, is a tiny tribal god.?
Steven: An african god would be just as real to an african, right..
Just another point on the muslims. Gen. 17:20 NWT "But as regards Ishmael I have heard you Look! I will bless him and will make him fruitful and vill multiply him very very much.....I will make him become a great nation."
So not only is God going to make him a great nation but bless him.. So how can people say that God is
only with the jews or christians.? God goes on to say but for Issac the covenant will be with him. So, the was I see it, the covenant for the messiah to come in the bloodline..would be thru Issac but God would still be with the Muslims... Hey this could really put a different slant on how a person would view the war against the Muslims?

Hey friends, another quick thought...In Gen. 21...when Abraham has to send his son Ishmael away, he told Abraham, he would make Ishmael into a great nation.. because he was his son. So why couldn't the muslims also have God's favor? What do you think?///

And also was working with the muslims, hindus, Taoist etc.? JW's and Jews teach that God wanted nothing to do with any other religion or their people..I don't believe that could be possible of a loving God.. Because there are good in all religions..
Ps. 72:17 NIV "All nations will be blessed through him and they will call him blessed"
Ps. 72:17 JERU "May every race in the world be blessed in him, and all the nations call him blessed!"
Ps. 72:17 NWT "And be means of him let them bless themselves;Let all nations pronounce him happy"
Could God just totally ignore all good people in every religion but the Jews and JW's.. ? I don't think that's possible.. I'm thinking.. he has always worked with the Good in any religion..or with no religion, and maybe to a certain degree inspired other faiths...why not?? Any comments?

1 John 5:1 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.
I was reading this, Jesus is born of God...So are you saying that, that makes him God? hmm..
I John 5:4 NIV "for everyone born of God overcomes the world."
So, I guess, we are ALL God!!!!!!!! Whew, who knew?
